Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine, a singer-composer famous for his unique mixture of soul gospel, R&B and R&B. She's performed on Broadway, during the Democratic National Convention and in the European clubs and festivals. Sunshine's given the name of Denise White. Although she is based in Atlanta but her origins are in Chester Pennsylvania. There she started to pursue the musical profession by performing and singing at the church. Her music career started in Atlanta while attending Spellman College. She took on the role of primary keyboardist at Tyler Perry's stage show Meet the Browns. Jennifer Holliday was the Grammy and Tony Award winner who approached her in 2007 for a position as Choral Director of Dreamgirls the stage show in Atlanta's National Black Arts Festival. Sunshine was at the center of attention for America during the four performances per day at 2008's Democratic National Convention. Sunshine followed up with being invited to sing for the President Barack Obama at his inauguration.
